Peer-Review
Peer Review Process
At V3 Journal of Management, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic rigor and quality. To ensure the integrity of the research we publish, we follow a double-blind peer review process. This means that both authors and reviewers are kept anonymous throughout the review process, ensuring unbiased and fair evaluation.
Overview of Our Double-Blind Peer Review Process
-
Submission:
After an article is submitted to the journal, it is initially screened by the editorial team for compliance with the journal’s submission guidelines. If the manuscript passes this preliminary check, it moves to the peer review stage. -
Reviewer Selection:
The manuscript is then sent to at least two independent experts in the relevant field for review. These reviewers are selected based on their expertise, experience, and reputation in the subject matter of the manuscript.- We ensure that reviewers have no conflicts of interest with the authors, maintaining impartiality.
-
The Review Process:
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on several key criteria, including:- Relevance and contribution to the field of management.
- Originality and novelty of the research.
- Clarity and structure of the manuscript.
- Methodology and data analysis (where applicable).
- Quality of writing and logical flow of arguments.
- Adherence to ethical research standards.
Reviewers are also asked to provide constructive feedback, including suggestions for improvement and recommendations regarding acceptance, minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection of the manuscript.
-
Reviewer Feedback:
After reviewing the manuscript, the reviewers submit their feedback to the journal's editorial team. Based on their evaluations, the editorial team makes a final decision. The feedback will typically include:- Acceptance: The manuscript is ready for publication.
- Minor Revisions: The manuscript requires small changes or clarifications before it can be accepted.
- Major Revisions: The manuscript requires significant revisions or reworking, after which it will undergo further review.
- Rejection: The manuscript is not suitable for publication in the journal.
-
Decision Notification:
Once the peer review is complete, the corresponding author will be notified of the decision. This includes the reviewers' comments and any required changes. If revisions are necessary, the author is expected to submit the revised manuscript within a specified timeframe (usually 2–4 weeks). -
Revision and Resubmission:
If revisions are required, the author must carefully address each of the reviewers’ comments in a response letter, detailing how each comment has been incorporated into the revised manuscript.- After resubmission, the manuscript may go through another round of review before final acceptance.
Why Double-Blind Peer Review?
The double-blind peer review process ensures that:
- Fairness and Objectivity: The identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept anonymous, reducing the risk of bias based on personal or professional relationships.
- Constructive Criticism: Reviewers are encouraged to provide objective, constructive feedback that will help improve the quality of the manuscript.
- Academic Integrity: The process promotes high standards of academic integrity and research ethics, ensuring that only the highest-quality research is published.

We take pride in our transparent and ethical review process, which is designed to maintain the highest standards of academic publication. Our goal is to provide authors with valuable feedback that can improve their work, while also ensuring that published research makes a significant contribution to the field of management.
