Author Guidelines

The V3 Journal of Management welcomes high-quality submissions in the field of management and related areas. Authors are requested to follow these simple guidelines before submitting their manuscripts.

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors should submit manuscripts in MS Word (DOC/DOCX) format. All submissions must be made through our official email or journal submission system.

2. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be organized in the following order:

• Title page – Title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author’s email.

• Abstract – 150–250 words summarizing the study.

• Keywords – 3 to 6 relevant keywords.

• Main text – Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.

• References – APA or Harvard style is preferred.

3. Formatting Requirements

• Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, double spacing.

• Number all pages consecutively.

• Use clear section headings and subheadings.

• Tables and figures should be numbered and placed either within the text or at the end of the manuscript.

4. Originality and Ethics

• Manuscripts must be original and not published or under review elsewhere.

• All work will be screened for plagiarism (e.g., Turnitin/iThenticate).

• Disclose any conflicts of interest and funding sources.

5. Peer Review

All submissions are subject to a double-blind peer review process. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback.

6. Copyright and Licensing

Authors must sign a copyright transfer form upon acceptance. The journal follows an open access policy.
