Ethics and Malpractice Statement
The V3 Journal of Management is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against any publication malpractice. This statement outlines the ethical behavior expected of all parties involved in the publication process: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, and the publisher.
1. Duties of Authors
Authors must:
- Ensure that their work is original and properly cited.
- Avoid plagiarism in any form.
- Refrain from submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals.
- Disclose any conflict of interest.
- Clearly identify sources of financial support (if any).
- Ensure the list of authors reflects those who made significant contributions to the work.
- Cooperate fully with the editorial team during the review and publication process.
- Promptly notify the editor if a significant error is discovered post-publication and cooperate in retraction or correction.
2. Duties of Editors
Editors must:
- Ensure a fair, unbiased, and timely peer review process.
- Make decisions based solely on the manuscript’s academic merit, originality, and relevance.
- Maintain confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts.
- Prevent any conflict of interest from affecting editorial decisions.
- Act upon any reports of unethical research or publication practices.
- Uphold academic integrity and publish corrections or retractions where necessary.
3. Duties of Reviewers
Reviewers must:
- Conduct objective, constructive, and timely reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the content of the manuscript.
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- Refrain from using unpublished data from submitted manuscripts for personal advantage.
- Notify the editor if they feel unqualified or unable to review the manuscript.
4. Plagiarism and Unethical Behavior
The journal strictly prohibits:
- Plagiarism
- Data fabrication or falsification
- Duplicate submission
- Improper authorship credit
Manuscripts found in violation of these principles will be rejected or retracted. The journal uses plagiarism detection tools (e.g., Turnitin/iThenticate) to verify the originality of submissions.
5. Retraction and Correction Policy
The journal will retract or correct published work if:
- Errors are found that significantly affect the content or interpretation.
- Ethical violations are discovered.
Retractions and corrections will be made as per COPE guidelines and will be clearly marked and linked to the original article.
6. Publisher’s Responsibilities
The V3 Journal of Management ensures:

- Archival and digital preservation of all published content.
- Transparency in journal operations, including article processing charges (if any), open access licensing, and editorial policies.
